Terms & Conditions

Karting:

  • All participants must be at least 10 years of age and 54 inches tall to race our karts.
  • All participants under the age of 18 are required to have both the minor and parent or legal guardian signature on the Three Rivers Karting Entertainment Park Liability Waiver. If a parent or legal guardian will not be accompanying the minor participant, please print and complete our waiver and bring it with you. We require one waiver per child, and it must be completely filled out. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD OUR MINOR WAIVER.
  • All participants must purchase our Annual Membership Fee in order to race. This allows us to hold your races, use of all safety equipment, timing and scoring of your race along with results being emailed to you.
  • If parents or legal guardians want to race with minors they will be allowed. They will be required to race at the Junior Speed for the entire event.
  • You may bring your own DOT/Snell approved helmet. You must have eye protection while racing. If your helmet does not have a visor, please bring goggles to wear.
  • On our tracks you will be experiencing real racing (not an amusement ride). DO NOT RACE if you are pregnant, or have medical issues including neck, back or heart problems.
  • You will be expected to follow our safety rules while in the facility and on the track. Rulings are posted throughout the facility and we can be reached for any clarifications by calling 412-527-8464.

Reservations:

Three Rivers Karting Entertainment Park, with exception to Private Events and major holidays, is open to the public during normal business hours. Activities are filled on a first come, first served basis. No reservations are required; however, reservations are available with the following restrictions and guarantee a specific time slot for your activity:

  • All scheduled times are approximate. Activities can be delayed or (on rare cases) bumped forward. It is important that all participants leave amble time to get registered and geared up for their activity.
  • Individuals are requested to arrive 30 minutes before the start of their activity.
  • Active members with unused activity points on their account may call in to reserve a spot in an activity. If no points are available on their account, they may purchase additional activities over the phone. For existing customers with expired memberships, they may also purchase a new membership over the phone to complete a reservation for a spot in an activity.
  •  Active members and Non members may use our online booking tool to reserve activity time slots for themselves or their party. All participants must be paid in full in order to be considered in their time slot. Any customer that arrives wanting to add more members into their activity, may not be granted based on not being reserved initially and walk in customers being added. Non Members will be required to purchase our $7.95 Annual Membership Fee (Valid for 1 year from purchase date). The membership fee can be purchased through the online booking tool or at Three Rivers Karting Entertainment Park upon arrival. Annual memberships are not required if you already have one. If you are unsure, please call us at 412-527-8464 to check when your membership expires.
  • All customers who reserve a activity must check in upon arrival.
  • Reservation times are approximate times. New Members should arrive 30 Minutes before your scheduled activity in order to complete the waiver, picture, and safety briefing.
  • No refunds will be given for groups with fewer racers than paid for at time of reservation
  • No refunds will be given for missed activities or incorrect booking; Three Rivers Karting Entertainment Park will make its best effort (Not Guaranteed) to book your party in the next available race, however schedule changes will not be made to accommodate for missed activities. Unused activities from a reservation will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours ahead of time will receive a full refund or race credit.
  • Walk in customers wishing to book a later time than when they arrive must have the entire group complete the registration process, including signed waivers, pictures, and have all racers paid for before activities can be reserved.
  • Individuals who miss their activity will be removed from the activity. Individuals that are late may be placed in the next available activity if there is availability.
  • Three Rivers Karting Entertainment Park reserves the right to fill activities with additional individuals to ensure all spots are reserved.
  • We do not allow individuals to race in consecutive heats. Reservations for more than one race will be placed at a minimum of every other race.
  • Online Reservations are subject to a convenience fee of 5% or $10, whichever is the lesser value.

SMS Program & Messaging:

SMS message users will receive text alerts, promotions and notifications. I agree to terms & conditions provided by Three Rivers Karting. By providing my phone number, I agree to receive text messages from the Three Rivers Karting. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Refund Policy:

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Arcade Game cards are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations 48 hours before your activity options:
    • Reschedule for another day/time
    • Receive a gift card for the amount that was paid
    • A $25 administration and booking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Cancelations within 48 hours of event up to 2 hours before event:
    • Absolutely No Refunds will be issued
    • Activities/events can be rescheduled
    • Receive a gift card for the amount that was paid
  • No Shows:
    • Absolutely No Refunds will be issued, gift cards, or rescheduling of activity/event

Gift Cards:

Three Rivers Karting Entertainment Park, gift cards can be purchased in-house or through or website. Website gift cards are considered E-Gift cards and will be emailed to you through the email used when purchasing. The term Gift Card implies to both in-house gift cards and E-Gift Cards.

  • Gift cards can be loaded with a dollar value and used to purchase goods or services, except at The Garage Bar and Grill.
  • The card may not be used to purchase other cards and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
  • The prepaid card balance never expires, nor any fees charged in connection to its use.
  • They may not be returned and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged in any way.
